Who is responsible
This website, mariusene.dev, including its TimeFence and StayPaused pages and the games under /play, is run by SC TrendWaves SRL · CUI 46005804 · Trade Register J2022002656234 · Registered office: Str. Lăcrămioarei nr. 35S, Berceni, jud. Ilfov, Romania, Romania (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@mariusene.dev.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). To deliver the pages, Vercel processes the technical data every browser sends, such as your IP address and browser type, and keeps it briefly in server logs for security and operation. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Visit counts
We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visits are grouped using a hash of the request that changes every day, and your IP address is not stored, so we cannot recognise you or follow you across sites. We see only totals, such as which pages were visited, the referring site, the country and the device type. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages people use (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
What is stored on your device
- If you switch the roaming bugs off or on with the button in the footer, your browser remembers that choice under the key “bugs” in its local storage. It is needed to do what you asked, never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
- The games under /play may save your progress and settings in your browser’s storage, so you can carry on where you left off. These saves are needed for the game to work, stay on your device and are never sent to us.
We set no cookies and use no advertising or tracking. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
If you write to hello@mariusene.dev, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that conversation. Legal basis: answering your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@mariusene.dev. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your own EU country.
