How an engagement usually unfolds.

Quiet B2B. Clear ownership. Evidence you can take into a release call — without turning QA into another status factory.

  1. 01

    Listen & map risk

Users, release pressure, and where evidence is weak. We agree what “done” means before we touch tools.

  2. 02

    Embed & make friction visible

Sit with Product and Engineering. Journeys, UAT, defect hygiene — so ship/wait is a shared call, not a late surprise.

  3. 03

    Leave the practice stronger

Guidelines, dashboards, and mentoring so the team keeps honest evidence after the contract ends.

Common questions.

How do you engage with a team?
On a B2B contract through my own company, SC Trend Waves SRL. I work remotely from Romania, embedded in your squad, your tools and your ceremonies, with teams across Europe.
What size of team do you work with?
Both ends. I have worked in product teams of four to six people and as Test Practice Manager on programmes of forty or more, on two-week sprints and on monthly releases, in Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
Do you write automated tests?
Yes, as scaffolding around functional work. I build API checks in Bruno or Postman and performance sanity checks in k6, and I use AI assistants to draft them faster. What I am hired for is the judgement on user journeys, acceptance and release risk that automation cannot supply.
Which platforms and domains have you tested?
Native iOS and Android apps, wearables (Garmin and Apple Watch), web and back-office systems, REST APIs, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Experience Manager and Sitecore. Domains include banking, digital experience for global brands, facilities management, smart-city parking, betting and mobile games.
What do you leave behind when the contract ends?
The aim is a practice the team can run without me: a written test strategy, test-case guidelines, dashboards that show risk, a defect backlog people trust, a handed-over QA repository where there is one, and people who have been mentored to make the calls themselves.
Can you lead as well as test?
Yes. As Test Practice Manager I rebuilt a test strategy from scratch, interviewed and mentored QA engineers, introduced a Quality Maturity Matrix for leadership and covered for Product Owners and Scrum Masters when delivery needed continuity.

Before you hire anyone.
